As a private customer, you can pay for your translation in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. Registered companies will be sent an invoice upon order completion.

Our global translator network of native-speakers means that we can translate into almost any language. If you require a rare language combination, we will do our best to fulfil your requirements by recruiting new translators.
-
The delivery time for your translation is flexible and dependent on how urgently you need your translated text. You should usually allow 1-2 working days per 2,000 source words. For larger volumes or extremely urgent translations, it may be possible to divide the text between several translators to shorten the standard delivery time.
-
Your translation can be delivered by email, via an ftp server, or in hardcopy by post. We will deliver the translation in the same file type as the original and with identical formatting. The only exception to this concerns scanned, or non-editable files.
-
We also offer certified translation by sworn translators for official documents such as certificates, driving licenses, references etc. In this case your translation will be delivered by post with a stamp and signed confirmation from the translator. Simply send us a scan of your document to receive a quote.
-
To ensure the accuracy of technical or highly-specialised translations, we employ translators who have in-depth knowledge of the subject category. Our specialist translators often have additional academic qualifications or professional experience in the field or have many years experience translating texts in that category. We will contact you directly to clarify any issues regarding terminology or general understanding.
-
Common file types, i.e. anything created with an MS Office program, can be translated without problem. Specialist formats for example InDesign or Framemaker will usually require pre- and post-translation file conversion and in this case we will discuss the best option for handling your files with you directly. Whatever your file type, we will be happy to advise you.
-
The basic translation price includes proofreading by the translator and a pre-delivery quality check, but does not include additional proofreading by a second translator. If you would like your translation to be proofread by a second translator, simply let us know and we will add this to your quote.
-
We also offer a separate proofreading or editing service by experienced, native-speaker translators. For a quote, simply send us the text and source text (if available) that you wish to have proofread.
-
All of your documents and personal information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. All of our translators and staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements and your data will not be passed onto third parties. If you would like us to sign an additional confidentiality agreement before you submit your files, we will be happy to do so.
