It goes almost without saying that your documents and any other data or personal information will be handled confidentially. Only the Project Managers and translators and/or proofreaders directly involved in the project will have access to your texts. Information contained in your documents or any other data made available to us will not be passed onto third parties and your files (or excerpts) will not be published or uploaded on the internet.

We also implement the following measures:

• All data is stored securely and protected
• Your material is handled by professional staff and translators bound by confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements
• If required, we will be happy to sign your standard confidentiality agreement
